You're welcome to build upon this load order but in it's current state it is stable and might need a rework if more is added to it.
Some mods have alternatives such as textures, weathers and lighting, but I've found this combo to stay similar to Vanilla with minimal performance impact. The aim has been to balance performance with gameplay and audial/visual enhancements and minimise CTDs.
